    23. During a thunder storm if the peals tend to travel from east to west if in the south or from the west to east if in the northern portion of the heavens (in other words if the thunder follows the sun) no great damage will be done.
    24. If the weather breaks with thunder it will continue unsettled till thunder comes again.
