    and one in John Borlands, Tamney. Nearly all the houses in Magherawarden have the remains of spinning wheels. Round this district people only wear plain clothes and costumes at weddings. They wear black clothes at funerals.
    Ballykinard is a townland between Bossnakill and Ballynashannagh in Co. Donegal. Aughadreena is a townland between Tamney and Ballynashannagh. Carran is a townland about four miles s from Kerrykeel. Magherauraden/? is on the shores of L. Swilly. Tamney is a little village about eight miles from Kerrykeel.
