5. The Dog eats grass when they are going to be a storm. People who suffer from rheumatism can tell you when rain is coming for their pains get sorer.
6. When the fog raises to the top of mountains it is a sign of good weather.
7. When the smoke goes up straight from chimneys it is a sign of good weather. - 1) When the sky is full of stars it is freezing
2) When the sky is red in the east in the morning there will be rain and storms, but when red in the west at the setting of the sun the next day will be fine.
