  1. Christmas. At Christmas, the mumors come round, and shout in of every door the rhymn that follows : -
    I wish you a Merry Xmas.
    A Happy and Bright New year,
    With your pockets full of money
    Any your belly full of beer.
    and if the people let them in to the house they sing and say rhymes.
    Easter. At Easter the you children like to boil eggs out side in a little hut and eat. Some children dye them red.
    Shrove. On Shrove Tuesday most people make pancakes and have them for tea.
