    Figart, Runclevin, Kill, Clondahorkey, Roshine, Castle Ban, Druim Dubh, Carraigegesgin, Dunmór, Purt, Rymonachan.
    Figart got its name as being the high plain.
    Runclevin means the division of the son in law.
    Kill meaning a church. This church in Clondahorkey belonged to the Catholics. It wa a Franciscian Monks monastery but at the time of the Reformation this church in Clondahorkey was taken from the Catholics and the Protestants took it in charge and later on made a graveyard of it.
    Druim Dubh meaning the black (bl) back.
    The following are a list of the rocks and hills near Dunfanaghy.
    The Hunting Rock, Carraigegesgin Rock, Cnoc Shea, Muckish, A rock called the Hunting Rock it got its name in this way. When people wanted to hunt
