    A few people around our district have cures for certain diseases such as the ringworm, the rose, the whooping Cough and a cure for a burn.

    There are many people in the district who have different cures for the whooping Cough.
    Some of them give asses milk for a cure others have the food a Ferret leaves. Others say Vinegar and the juice of oranges is a good cure for the Whooping Cough.
