  1. Joseph Cooper was the owner of the land where the school was built. He was a farmer and Parks owns the land now. There was no other school in the district, and it was attended by Catholics and Protestants.
    The first teacher was Joseph Cooper, he was born in Drimfin beside the school.

    Miss Kathleen Harkin came next. She was born in the Stone Park, Mountcharles.
