  1. There is a very old grave-yard on Joe Rose's hill. It is beside the old monastery and Mass Rock.
    The tombstones were supposed to [have] been taken when Dan Fisher's house Kilmacreddan was being built.
    The grave-yard is near the scene of the last battle fought between Protestants and Catholics.
    Mrs Battles believes that some of the stones are in the ground yet but they are covered with grass and soil.
