This prayer was always said by the old people before starting out on a journey:- “We’ll go now in the name of Goodness.(3) When taking holy water they always said:- “Bless me O Lord with […] Wash me that I may become whiter than snow”I got these prayers from Samuel Connolly of Park Hill aged 69.
