  1. About forty or fifty years ago there used to be a fair held in a big level field in Logboy. The people of he surrounding villages had fairs there twice every week on Mondays and Fridays.
    There were a few women who used to erect stalls in a corner of the field.
    One sold poteen, another sold frieze, and another sold flas? of their own making.
    The people made a sod fence around the field and
