“Once upon a time a man built a new house.”

Once upon a time a man built a new house. This man was told by his friends that there was a fairy in the house and when he heard that he would not stay in the house. So he got a man to stay in it for him.
In the middle of the house there was a large flag. One night as the man was sitting by the fire a fairy came and sat on the flag. The man got afraid but the fairy said to him "In the morning as soon as you awake lift up the flag on(continues on next page)
