  1. I live in (low) parish of Sixmilebridge, in the townland of Park Ban in the Barony of Bunratty.
    There are seventy five families in this district.
    The houses were slated and thatched, The townland got its name because long ago there were wild snow-drops growing there.
    Mr. T. Frost and J. Halloran and Father Hayes know no Irish, and they are the oldest in the parish.
    The houses were more numerous long ago. There is nothing about our townland in song or story.
