The people long ago would have to work before they would get their breakfast and they oftentimes got their breakfast out in the stable or the out office in which they would be engaged.
Long ago the people would only taken three meals during the day. These meals were their breakfast, dinner, and supper. Tea was not used in those days as the people did not know about tea. Porridge was the only food for the breakfast and if the oatmeal was run out they would take potatoes. They would also get potatoes for their dinner.
