    In this College and monastery three hundred holy students were burned alive. One morning a herd by the name of Mr. Cuffe was out unusually early, and saw the great smoke. He called a neighbour Mr. Reynolds, and they went in. There they found all the students burned to death. The Prefect was sitting in a chair, looking just as if he were asleep, but when Reynolds touched him with his finger he fell to ashes.
