- Fairs are held every month in Mullingar, in Kinnegad, and in Killucan.
People bring their cattle and sheep and horses to the fair.
They have to go to the fair very early in the morning.
They go about 4 o clock and some of them dont be home until six o clock in the evening.
Some of the farmers go to (by) buy cattle and other animals.
The most important fair is held in Mullingar.
When people buy cattle they have to go to the station to load their cattle in railway wagons and some of them have to shipped for England.
The butchers buy cattle and sheep to kill them and they sell the meat in the butchers stall.
