  1. About a mile from where I live there stands a beautiful fort in the lands of Ur. Patrick Cahill Askeaton. It is circular in shape and is surrouned by a bank of earth and trees growing on top of it. It is said that the Danes are supposed to have set these tress One night a certain man was returning home from card playing and as he was passing by the fort he heard music. He looked in and saw faries dancing under the trees.
