  1. About a mile from where I live there stands a famous old castle in the lands of Ur. Hewson Askeaton which is famous for historical stories, one of which I'm going to relate. Many years ago a workman of Ur. Hewson's was returning from work in the valley where the castle was situated. In the twilight an old woman appeared and said, to him, "San ngleann seo tá póca oir', Cuir ceist orm cá bruil sé."
    This so frightened the man who-se name was (?) Costello that he ran home as quickly as he could No body has ever since seen the old woman and therefore
