    There are not many industries or crafts carried on in my district as compared with former times
    Long ago spinning and weaving were the chief industries carried on in this district. But nowadays no such industries are carried on in this district
    The old people used to make candles from wax and grace by melting them together in a pan. Then they used take it out and make it roundy and then they used stick a rush through the middle of it, to serve as a wick.
    The men used make baskets from sally rods.
    They used to collect the thinest and the lightest and they used split them through the middle and bend them in the shape of a basket.
    Thatching is an old occupation which is still carried
