He owned a donkey and cart which he drove into town one day each week. He always returned home at night and then he was drunk.One night when returning as usual he fell asleep in the cart. The donkey continued his way home and stopped outside the door of the house. Some local boys came along and finding the man asleep they planned to play a joke on him.They found the key of the house in his vest pocket, and having opened the door they unharnessed the donkey, and removed the wheels from the cart. Then they took the donkey, wheels and cart in which the man was still asleep into the house, and harnessed the ass to the cart again. They locked the door and put the key(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
