The names of cows are, Banie, Brechie, Cubie, They drive the cows by saying "How" "How" and they say "Suck" "Suck" when driving calves. The cowhouses are called stalls. There is a row of cows tied to each wall with a channel between the two rows. Cows are tied by stalls and some by chains. There are not any branchs hung up in the stalls. While the people are milking it is a custom to sing to keep the cows quiet. When the cow kicks the milker says "yosh". The house where the horses are kept is called a stable. Hay, straw and oats are the principal foods a horse gets. When a horse wants a show he is taken to the forge where the smith puts on the shoe. There is a certain way to call every animal
