    There I was, under the crib and me little banbh gone; anyway after a long time I managed to pull out one side of the crib, and creep out.
    I had to go back to Desmond to get help to fix the crib and catch the little banbh, and you may be sure 'tis I was the meek boy going back.
    The banbh led us a fine dance up and down the boreen, but in the end we caught him & put him into the crib.
    I tied up me reins, and led me little donkey home.

    I have told it in Con's own words. I would defy anyone to keep from laughing if they heard him tell the story. It isn't at all the same to just read it, as one misses his expressions of face, accent &c. He has a wonderful way of telling a story.
