   Once upon a time there lived a rich man in Faulkland* castle. Before he died he hid his money in a field in front of the castle. Nobody knew where the money was hidden. For many years after he died a woman used to appear in one of the windows of the castle and point to the spot where the gold was.
   One night a man named McKenna was going home past the castle. He saw a light and went down to where the light was but it disappeared. He dreamt that night that he was standing on a rag-weed and under it the gold was hidden.
   Next morning he went back to the field and started to dig beside a large rag-weed
