There is a great cure in March-Mallows called locally( March-Malice) for a cold. It is pulled and boiled in new milk and then drunk going to bed.
There is a cure in Comfrey for sprain. This herb is locally called (Comfort). Its roots are pulled and pounded and then applied as a poultice to the sprain. If it is not a real sprain the poultice will not stay on.
