    lasted for seventy years.
The churn we have now is fitted out with a dash in the inside of it. It is made of timber. It was first made in the shape of two crosses. The two crosses are set about nine inches apart. Twelve small pieces of timber join the two crosses together. The dash is fastened to the side of the churn.
