   Story.
   One time there lived a man named Simon Brown. [H]e worked days here and there and he always carried his [b]undle. His mother and brother lived in Glen Finn and he [u]sed to spend nights with them.
   One time he got sick and he went to the County [H]ome in Stranorlar. A man from Glen Finn was down [i]n Stranorlar and he was told that Simon was dead [a]nd if his people were not there early on the next day [t]hat he would be buried. When they went down he was buried. Simon was prayed for the next Sunday and that was all was about him.
   There was a man from Glen Finn who carted goods from shop to shop. It was sometimes late at night when he came home. One night when he was coming home his horse scared. He looked and saw a man sitting [o]n a bundle in the side of the road. When he got [t]he horse past he went back to see who was in it and [s]aw it was Simon Brown. He got afraid but Simon spoke [t]o him. He said he had been at his brother's house but his brother would not let him in. Then the man asked him to come to his house. When they came to [t]he house the man's wife was frightened. They took tea and spoke away. Simon wondered why his own people did not let him in. After a while Pat told him [t]hat he was supposed to be dead.
