Ar an leathanach seo
- We have a churn at home. It is about 22 years old. It is a dash churn. The sides are round. The lid, the dash the cliabín are the various parts. When we are making the churning we work it in turns. If any stranger comes in he must help with the churning, if he does not they say, the butter will go and he says 'God bless the work'. If there is thunder while the churning is made the butter will be white, and if there was frost the night before the churning will take longer to make the churning. The churning is made by hand, water is poured in during the churning.
When the churning is made they bless the churn with the churn dash, when they begin to make the churning they put(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
