    How the old people used to sow the potatoes.
    Nowadays the potatoes are usually sown by a plough and two horses.Our fathers and grandfathers before us had not these instruments .They used dig the ground with spades during the winter ,and when spring would come they used open the drills with shovels.
    Then they used get an ass or perhaps two and put out the manure which they took out from the cabins during the winter.They used spread that with forks and often if lumps were in it ,they used break them with their hands.
