    There was a white thorn bush growing in the centre of a liss in Patrick Walshes land and a man from Gortaveha cut it to re-plant it to make a fence around it a cabbage haggard.When he had it planted a great noise came around the house so he got terrified.
    He believed it was the taking of the bush caused it so brought it back and planted it where he got it so he heard no more noise.
    There was a servant girl at martin Mack's house and one day she went out to gather firewood.it was in the liss she found it and it would make no fire and her
