    Generally when they get the money demanded they leave behind a lump of solder and some acid telling their victim that they will return later to make the coin. One family of the tinker tribe who calls this way is called Maughan and another Ward. Others are called Mongans. Some when they go begging will accept nothing but money while others ask for old shoes and food.
