    There are treasures hidden in Tom-na-gréine in a lis about middle way in the village. There are a few pots gold hidden there. There was a man who lived in Tom-na-gréine long ago. His name was Pat Connor. He said that when he went to bed at night that a vision came to the window and tapped at it and awoke him. The vision used to tell him that there was gold hidden in the hill of the lis and over the gold there were three ribs of flax growing.
