    When he reached home, he went to bed and when he awoke next morning it was to find his wife counting the money excitedly and she asked him where he got it and where he had been all night.
    Páidín would not tell her, but she kept at him all day to know the truth. In the end, to get rid of her questions, he told her. The next time he went to look at the money, what was it but a heap of clay.
