    old man named Peter Conarty who dug up again and again every foot of the ground belonging to the fort but all was in vain, and I am told that he found some chains which must have belonged to the monastery.
    It is said if you eat certain food you will see the treasure in your dreams. It is not known what the food consists of some say the root of a weed called the "yarra". Many people have tried this charm but have not succeeded yet. There is a spirit supposed to be guarding this
