- (continued from previous page)the geese we say "Beadaí Beadaí Beadaí," We say "hursh, hursh, hursh" when we call the pig. If we want to call the ducks we say "Weetee Weetee Weetee" putting the accent on the first syllable. I do not know any story about the pig or the fowl. I heard that there was a woman long ago and she had a lot of hens and they used to lay every day during the week but when Sunday came they would not lay at all. Then people said the hens took a holiday on Sunday.
