In Fieldtown, about one mile to the south of Glascorn School, there is a fort opposite which there is a gap in an earthen ditch, No matter how well this gap is fenced at night it is wide open next morning and the bushes are left to one side. The old people call this "the fairies" passway." These forts are never interfered with when the land is being ploughed or tilled.
