  1. There was a priest in the district during the Penal Times and he had a price of ten pounds on his head. Men called "priest-hunters" were trying to get him. But he dressed in the clothes of an old woman and herded a cow along the side of the road. The soldiers and priest hunters often passed by the "old woman" and they did not mind her. They never thought that she was a priest. The woman often asked them not to hurt her cow and they always replied "No, we will not hurt the cow granny."
