    They used also make potato cakes. First of all they got a piece of tin and holed it. When it was holed, they called it a "scrapper". Then they got black potatoes and scraped them with a "scraper". Then they mashed the potatoes, and mixed them with flour. After than they made a cake of it and baked it in an oven.
