    Laghachaí -O Loughlin from Doora was a famous bowle.Jim Mc Mahon of Fountain was one of the best bowlers in Clare.

    If a cock crows in the door it is a sign of good news .If he stands at the door and crows outwards somebody is leaving. If the cock crows before mid-night it is a warning of death.Sometimes a cock crows for luck.othertimes something is going to happen
