  1. Bright home of affection there is no place so fair
As that sweet little spot of contentment so rare
Where the weary find rest and the stranger may roam
Of all places on earth is Clonoulty a Home
There is lovely Goolds Cross and sweet Carrigeen
Fair Gurtnaskeha and Marlow so green
And the church-yard of Clogher where the dead rest alone
Looking silently down on Clonoulty a Home.
There our new chapel too stand high in the air
