  2. Meseeurs as from a lonely mount
    To view the world around:
From pole to pole, thro' every zone,
    Plenty + peace abound.
The lands look fair + beautiful,
    And yield their fruitful store
Which ocean's myriad bark + craft
    Dispense from shore to shore.
    Prosperity and Industry
Go walking hand in hand -
They tarry here, they tarry there
And smile on many a land,
    Where trade + commerce flourish
Which the wealth of nations hold,
    And millionaires are multiplied -
    Their coffers filled with gold.
