    Arrange a wreath of poesy,
    Cull'd in some happy hours,
    To crown her loveliest of the fair
    Who bless this isle of ours.

    Down the Stream of Time
    by A Drangan Boy

    (I)
    Give me an hour from busy haunts removed
    To muse alone in quiet solitude;
    From bustling spheres of toiling man,
    Let me withdraw my designs to plan,
    Oh, let me listen to the rippling stream
    My inner spirit wakening, as if a dream
    On my inward vision had cast a spell,
    Luring my fancy, bringing me to dwell
    With beings of light in some sylvan shade,
