    There was once a woman who had an only son and both lived in an old cottage outside Cashel.

    There was once a woman who had an only son, & both lived lived in an old cottage outside Cashel. They wished to build a new house and hired men who began to work immediately.
    Next morning when they woke up, the part of the building that was done was levelled to the ground. The people made inquiries and found out that the site chosen was on top of a grave-yard.
