  1. At the present time a lot of poor people go from house to house looking for alms. Some go from place to place and others have cars. Two people visit this district monthly. Their names are Michael MacCarty and Michael O'Donnell. People call him "The Borris Beggarman". They usually take flour or a few pence. They are visiting this place for a long time. Some come with cars and some have @caravans@. They sell samll things such as "cups and saucers". They make tin saucepans and gallons and sell them.
