  1. Light goes across a bog in Knockahopple and down along the fields. Then it goes up along a river and into a fort on the land of Patrick Clifford, Foilduff. Several people saw lights. Patrick Ryan, Fiddane, Newport saw a light before his uncle died. Laurence Ryan Rossaguile saw a light near his own house and several faces through it. There is a fort in Rossaguile and it is haunted. There was a big ball of light seen there one night.
    There was a man named Mathew Ryan who had to play a fiddle to keep away the fairies. Thomas Carr, Cully, Newport saw a white woman near the fort.
    Long ago people started making a house near a valley in Boolatin. When they laid out foundation there was a grave dug in the middle
