  1. Long ago there was a well in the fields near Bruff. It was called Tobar na Suile, because the people used wash their eyes in it. Once a couple of servants washed their dresses in it and it removed out in the side of the road.
    Now the well is all green grass and weeds and it can hardly be seen with bushes.
