  1. Travelling people call to our house, and have been doing so for years. Their names are, O'Briens, McCarthys and Falkners. They sell small articles, and they accept alms. They travel on foot and in little waggons. They sleep in the waggons or on the side of the road in a camp. They generally travel in families. There is no special time they visit the district.
