  1. FUNNY STORIES
There was once a man in this district named Michael O’Keeffe. One night he was going home from work he saw a ploughing in a field. There was a bull drawing the plough. All of a sudden the plough, the man and the bull vanished from sight. It is said that there was money buried in that fielding it was that man that put it there. The bull was an enchanted one and it was said he was minding the money. That field was called “”páirc an aidhe.”
