    A farmer on whose land there was a fort had a nice black cow.

    (continued from previous page)
    On another occasion this same farmer heard a child crying as he passed by the fort one evening. Somebody tried to console it by saying that soon the farmers cows would be milked + then there would be plenty to drink It happened that during the milking one of the cows upset the bucket + the milk was spilled.
