- There is an old giant's grave up in Newbliss in one of Mr Duffy's fields. My father used to live there on that farm long ago. The giant was ten feet in height, and had his hair down his back. He is supposed to be dead near a hundred years ago. He lived in an old wooden hut by himself. He was supposed to eat a stone of potatoes and a whole sheep for his dinner every day.
