    The Rower up to 40 years ago. He was killed in the great war. It was a four story castle and it is now a three story one The other two, were blown off from Brandon Hill by a cannon ball. There are stone steps going up to it, there is a passage from the castle to Coolhill Quay.

    There was once an old woman and her two sons living in a little hut upon a hill. The woman never went to school so therefore she didn't think in necessary to send the sons either. When the parish priest heard about them he made his way up to the little hut. When he went in he spoke to the mother for a short time And then he asked one of the boys "Who died on the cross." The boy said nothing but the mother spoke
