    Then they started to grate until they had the dish of potatoes grated. When you have them grated you put them into a small crock. When finished grating you get a linen cloth and put what you have grated into it, and you squeeze it until you have it squeezed dry You put some flour on the baking board and mix it all up into a cake. Then it is put into the oven to bake.
